You can cancel up to thirty days before your stay and receive a refund of your deposit.  You will, though, be charged the 3% credit card fee paid in the deposit.  

Final payment is due 30 days before the rental.

We only allow up to 28 people to spend the night on the property.  We do allow extra people during day and small events.  Please contact the owners for information on pricing for this.

The maximum people allowed to spend the night on the property is 28.  We have a ring camera and can see the amount of people on the property.    Failure to comply with the rules may lead to eviction from the property
